When will my account update after I buy more minutes?
Your account will be updated within 30 minutes of purchase.
Can I use the transcription service without a PowerConf headset?
No.
What is the validity period of the voice transcription plan?
The transcription time is valid for 6 months (180 days) from the date of purchase.
How do I record meetings?
- Use the dongle to connect to your computer. Recording will not work with the phone app.
- Ensure 'Anker Soundsync' is selected as the Audio Input and Output device through your operating system and conferencing software.
- Recording will only work for meetings conducted over the internet.
What is the minimum recording time for transcription?
There is no limit but any transcriptions of recording that last less than 1 minute are counted as a whole minute.
What happens if my transcription top-up didn't show in my account after a few hours?
If the transcription plan you purchased didn't go to your account within 24 hours, please send an email to support@ankerwork.com with your account and purchase confirmation info. We will verify the information and get back to you within 1-3 working days.
Do you offer refunds?
We regret to inform that we do not offer refunds for transcription minutes.
